- 2x15 Glute Bridges
- 2x15 Single Leg Glute Bridges
3x12 Glute Hyper-extensions
3x7,7,7 (21's) Kickbacks
3x10 Hip Abductions
COMPOUND SET 3x10
- Lateral Walk
- In & Out Squats
ALTERNATING SET 3x12
- 3 Elevated Squats, 3 Deadlifts
3x10 Good Morning + Reverse Lunge with pulse
3x12 Hip Thrusts
3x10 SM Curtsey Lunges
3x10 SM Good Mornings
