We belive that remote work can be both productive and social. It's all about choosing the right tools, building culture and finding routines that fit your team. This is what it looks like when our remote team gathers for the annual "Snowcrash" at Finse!

Since we have a remote culture, and our team is permanently spread accross three countries and two continents (and sometimes more!) we think it's super important to get together for social activites both over appear.in and IRL.
