Paris reaction to Trump's Europe safety claims

(25 Feb 2017) Visitors to the French capital on Saturday dismissed claims by US President Donald Trump that Paris wasn't safe.
Tourists enjoying a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower said they had no fears for their safety and that they enjoyed coming to the so-called City of Lights.
Trump on Friday evoked his friend Jim in an address at the Conservative Political Action Conference, saying he used to be a regular visitor to Paris.
But the president claimed his friend hadn't made the trip in four or five years because "Paris is no longer Paris".
