Norway raises threat level from ‘probable’ to ‘possible’

Norway has decided to raise the country's threat level from "probable" to "possible", after a homemade explosive device was found in central Oslo. The suspect is a 17-year-old Russian citizen, who came to Norway as an asylum seeker in 2010. Police in major cities across Norway and at Oslo Gardermoen Airport have been equipped with additional fire arms.
